Open roles.
We are hiring across engineering, design, product, marketing, and community. Remote-first, anchored in London — building the next generation of social poker.
Built small, built well.
The team is small and intentional — we move fast, ship often, and every full-time hire owns large areas of the product end-to-end. That keeps the work meaningful and the quality bar high.
We use AI extensively across development, content, and operations — not as a buzzword, but as the multiplier that lets a small team build at the scale of a much larger one without the headcount tax.
Remote-first, anchored in London. We meet in person when it adds something. Compensation includes meaningful equity for every full-time hire, alongside healthcare, equipment, and learning budget.

What we are hiring for now.
-
Senior Software Engineer
Build and own large areas of the PokerWorks real-time runtime — deterministic poker engine, sequenced state, fairness layer, and the engineering systems that scale across every product on the platform.
-
Senior Product Designer
Own product design end-to-end across PokerWorks’s surfaces — from PokerDeck today to the social-poker products coming next — and drive the editorial design system that ties them together.
-
Product Manager
Drive product strategy and shipping for PokerDeck and the broader PokerWorks platform. Sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and player insight; turn strong instincts into ship-ready decisions.
-
Growth Marketing Manager
Own go-to-market, partnerships, content, and community-led growth for PokerDeck. Build the practice that turns PokerWorks into the obvious home for poker clubs, leagues, and organizers.
-
Community Manager
Run the PokerWorks Discord, the beta program, organizer support, and player operations. Be the human face of PokerWorks for the players who care most about the product.
