Terms for the shared PokerWorks platform.
Last updated: 2026-04-11
Current operator posture: PokerWorks platform team (beta operations)
These terms govern access to PokerWorks as the shared platform behind PokerDeck, Drop In Poker, PokerCanyon. Brand-specific products may add product terms or feature rules, but they do not replace the shared platform terms for account, authentication, and core service access.
By accessing PokerWorks or any PokerWorks-powered branded product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
During beta, the shared platform surface described here is operated by the PokerWorks platform team. If final production or jurisdiction-specific operator disclosures differ, this page must be updated explicitly before that public posture goes live.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must meet the minimum age and legal requirements applicable to the relevant product and jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through it.
2. Use of the service
- Do not abuse, interfere with, or disrupt PokerWorks services or other users.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, or platform controls.
- Use the platform only in compliance with applicable law and product rules.
3. Shared platform and branded products
PokerWorks may power multiple branded products with one shared platform. Product-specific experiences, pricing, memberships, or rules can differ, but shared platform services such as sign-in, account identity, and core service operation remain governed by these terms.
4. Social and virtual-play posture
Unless a product explicitly states otherwise in its own product terms, PokerWorks-branded products are social or virtual-play products. PokerWorks does not itself hold, process, or distribute real-money poker stakes through this public platform surface.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Some PokerWorks products may offer subscriptions, memberships, or platform fees. When they do, the relevant product flow and payment-provider terms apply in addition to these shared platform terms.
6. Fairness, integrity, and enforcement
PokerWorks may investigate abuse, collusion, automation misuse, fraud, platform attacks, or other integrity issues. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, the products, or the platform.
7. Intellectual property
PokerWorks and its content are protected by intellectual property law. You retain rights in content you own, but grant PokerWorks the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. PokerWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the platform, products, or legal posture. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Privacy and contact
Shared platform privacy handling is described at /privacy. Questions about these terms or the PokerWorks shared platform can be sent to [email protected].
